December 15, 1944-March 31,1999 Tom suffered a massive heart attack on Dec. 14, 1998 and passed away at the Prescott VA Hospital last week. Born in Harrisburg, PA, he moved to Phoenix in 1959. Tom graduated from Carl Hayden High School in 1963 and was a Vietnam veteran having proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
