Zero Sievert Fragility (2024)

1. Performance modifiers | Zero Sievert Wiki - Fandom

  • Fragility. An Armor's fragility affects how quickly it may lose Durability from incoming damage. Higher fragility causes armor Durability to reduce quicker.

  • Performance modifiers are the weapon and equipment stats, showing how well the gear will perform. NOTE: Some information taken from the tutorial. Represents the hit points an enemy would be reduced by. Affected by Durability and Class. Shooting range module increases Damage by at least 6.67%, likely 10%. Headshot damage may not exist. (Unconfirmed, however likely) Higher value is better. Represents the hit points of your weapon. Affects the Accuracy, Damage, and Jam chance of the weapon. Damage

  • Diabetes mellitus is a common risk factor for erythrocyte osmotic stress. This study was aimed at exploring the effect of streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetes mellitus and salt-induced hypertension on osmotic fragility and hemorheological variables in male Wistar rats. Thirty male rats were grouped into five groups of six animals each as follows: negative control (zero salt in diet); positive control (normal salt diet - 0.3% salt); high salt diet (8% salt) (HSD only); STZ induced diabetes and normal salt diet (STZ only); STZ induced diabetes and high salt diet (STZ + HSD). At the end of a 4 weeks period, hematological variables, osmotic fragility, rheology and cardiovascular responses were assessed. There was an increase (p<0.05) in the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of HSD, STZ and HSD + STZ groups indicating a salt induced hypertension. There was a decrease in the body weight of STZ and HSD +STZ groups. There was significant increase (p<0.05) in the haematocrit, platelets estimates and fibrinogen concentrations in the experimental groups when compared with the controls. The STZ and STZ + HSD groups showed a reduced clotting time which corresponded to the increased platelet estimates and fibrinogen concentration. The increase in haematocrit, platelet and plasma protein resulted in the increased blood viscosity and a decreased flow rate. The osmotic fragility test was also observed to be increased (p<0.05) in HSD, STZ only and STZ + HSD groups. Diabetes melli...

  • To investigate profiles of circulating immune signatures in healthy controls and chronic pancreatitis patients (CP) with and without a preceding history of acute pancreatitis (AP). We performed a phase 1, cross-sectional analysis of prospectively collected serum samples from the PROspective Evaluation of Chronic Pancreatitis for EpidEmiologic and Translation StuDies (PROCEED) study. All samples were collected during a clinically quiescent phase. CP subjects were categorized into two subgroups based on preceding episode(s) of AP. Healthy controls were included for comparison. Blinded samples were analyzed using an 80-plex Luminex assay of cytokines, chemokines, and adhesion molecules. Group and pairwise comparisons of analytes were performed between the subgroups. In total, 133 patients with CP (111 with AP and 22 without AP) and 50 healthy controls were included. Among the 80 analytes studied, CP patients with a history of AP had significantly higher serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, IL-1 receptor antagonist, IL-15) and chemokines (Cutaneous T-Cell Attracting Chemokine (CTACK), Monokine induced Gamma Interferon (MIG), Macrophage-derived Chemokine (MDC), Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 (MCP-1)) compared to CP without preceding AP and controls. In contrast, CP patients without AP had immune profiles characterized by low systemic inflammation and downregulation of anti-inflammatory mediators, including IL-10. CP patients with a preceding hi...
