Can I solo blood infusion? ›

The minimum needed to do this quest today (7/15, 5.3 MoP) is actually 3 people, with some trickery. I finished my infusion today after waiting since wrath by using two of my friends, a blood DK and a demo warlock (I'm a ret pally). Basic strat as follows: Blood dk runs in, I run in with him.

Strategy: You need to be targeted by Blood Mirror / Blood Mirror. The second requirement says you must get the Essence of the Blood Queen debuff and then follow through with it the full 60 seconds. Last part of this is to allow the debuff to run the full 1 minute and turn into Frenzied Bloodthirst.

How to do infusion quests? ›

In order to complete this quest, you will need to bite other people 3(!) times and kill the Blood Queen. Simple as that. As soon as you charge in, you get blood mirror and 1st stack, it will stay that way until you get the vampire debuff and bite someone.

An intravenous (IV) line with a needle is inserted into one of your blood vessels. The donated blood that's been stored in a plastic bag enters your bloodstream through the IV. You'll be seated or lying down for the procedure, which usually takes one to four hours.
