Your Mission

  • 熟悉品牌理念及品牌精神，關注On昂跑的全球活動和項目（如可持續發展、運動員故事），能够持續準確地傳遞品牌故事； - 以客戶需求為中心，作為店鋪的專家，帶領團隊熟悉掌握產品知識，應用場景，高效完成貨品陳列，運營基礎等工作，及時發現問題解决問題，提出想法和優化的建議並協助實施落地。 - 通過迴響和指導，以“為什麼”“做什麼”和“怎麼做”進行店內技能培訓，基於事實坦誠迴響，持續提升團隊成員技能，以不斷改善顧客體驗和團隊幸福感； - 熟悉產品知識和應用場景，總是主動探索傾聽顧客運動需求，熟練針對不同的運動需求提供專業的解決方案，針對新品發佈提前計畫產品培訓； - 按照陳列標準和新品計畫，提前規劃陳列調整計畫，包含穿搭建議，日常和季節性陳列調整； - 按照運營標準操作貨品管理（來貨/退貨/盤點/防損），收銀台管理（結帳/帳目核對/退換收銀系統操作），開關門，日常複盤等基礎工作； - 能主動且高品質的配合店長，帶領當班團隊完成日常工作計畫，做好工作的交接； - 通過主動分享品牌社群活動，售後服務政策等管道與顧客建立長期連結； - 支持On社群活動的準備和接待工作，協助活動的順利開展和提升到店體驗。 - 對自我成長和發展負責，能够主動思考和店長一起製定自己的發展行動計畫。
