ASB OFFICER REQUIRED! 🏘 I am looking for an experienced ASB Officer to support our client for a minimum of 3 months, with potential to be extended further and permanent opportunities within a large social housing provider.This is a hybrid role with Tuesday & Wednesdays required in office, paying £25ph via Umbrella (PAYE option also available), 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. - Preparing legal cases, drafting witness statements and court applications for possession, injunctions, access etc.- Dealing with breaches of tenancy, issuing tenancy warnings and pre-court interventions - Investigating cases and delivering robust case notes that can stand up to legal scrutiny 📧 - megan.hall@hays.com📞 - 01925 302 334
