How do you open the door in dormant Meridian facility? ›

To unlock the Dormant N'Erudian Facility Door in Remnant 2, players will need to find an item called Biome-Control Glyph within that same facility. They will have to cross the entire map, eliminating multiple creatures along the way to reach the item's location.

Remnant 2 N'Erud Walkthrough

To access this world, go to the crystal in Ward 13 and use it to travel inside the Labyrinth. There's a dimensional gate that has to be opened with the Biome Portal Key that leads to N'Erud, this allows you to make the first travel to the world and unlock it at the traveling crystals.

Secret Passage - How to get Biome-Control Glyph

Players have to reach the open area to find that the rail is missing in a small part. Drop there, and take the door available there. Return to the entrance, and insert the Biome-Control Glyph to open the locked door near the Checkpoint.

In order to locate the two halves of the key needed to open the Desert Door, you will have to light Freyr's statue by completing the Freyr's Gift favor. Lighting the statue will cause the key pieces to illuminate in the sands across the area enabling you to pick them up.

How To Obtain: On N'Erud, if you find the Dormant N'Erudian Facility. You'll need to be playing in co-op for this one. One player has to purge the facility ahead of time, and whoever gets killed by this process will unlock this trait.

Specifically, you need to head to the second overworld zone in N'Erud, which is either the Eon Vault or the Timeless Horizon. Somewhere barely outside the edge of that map, you'll find an Alien Device that you can use to unlock the Engineer Archetype.

This doesn't come as a total surprise. While Remnant 2 spans six different worlds, its three primary locations – Losomn, N'Erud, and Yaesha – are so distinct from one another that it makes sense for Gunfire Games to ensure that fans of each are satisfied.

Any enemy in the biome that drops coins when killed has a chance of dropping a key, not just biome-exclusive enemies. Additionally, enemies in hybrid biomes have a chance to drop any key from their composite biomes. The type of key is determined by which biome the player currently is in, not the enemy killed.
